A Little Bit About Me...

Each child is different. I always try to notice and acknowledge what benefits each student, as I think this applies to all forms of teaching from academics to athletics. Getting on their level is what ultimately benefits the child from the get go and gains their interest. If I'm interested, then the child is interested. I do my best to make sure the child is setting their goals and doing their best to achieve them in the way and style for which they are best suited.
I have two bachelors degrees, however, I believe it is my experience teaching children that has helped me develop a good sense on how to approaching teaching scenarios. I've always been passionate about teaching, and I love to work with children and youth. I have a wide range of teaching experience. I am educated as a high school teacher at the University of Oslo in Norway, where I come from. In Norway, I have been a piano teacher and worked as a substitute teacher in several elementary, middle and high schools. There I've taught subjects like French, ESOL, Math and more.
