My comments on tutoring Creative Arts : I have seven years of experience of performing in plays and musical theater. I have performed in 14 different productions while in high school. I also have been dancing hula professionally in Hawai'i for three years.

Learning needs to be enjoyable. When students enjoy what they are learning, that means that they are engaged in what they are learning. When students are engaged, they can better grasp the concepts being taught. I make sure to get to know my student's interests so that I can relate what they are learning to situations that happen in their own lives.
I have an Associates in Arts and Teaching degree from Leeward Community College on O'ahu. While completing my associates degree, I was a leader for an after school program for the Leeward YMCA where I worked with students in grades K-5. Lastly, I was a paraprofessional tutor for Iroquois Point Elementary School where I shadowed an autistic child from his general education classroom to his SPED classroom.

Hands on I like to put my student in a practical state of mind, as individuals we have different way of materializing our abstract thought, my teachings allow you to find it easier.
I did an internship at Hawaii Animation Studio and have a good understanding of Concept design. As I am pursuing my masters degree in 3D Modeling,I did multiple illustration project, won the best University of Hawaii Short animated feature. My comments on tutoring Creative Arts : I studied and have a degree in animation. I am also good at arts and crafts type activities.

I have been drawing, painting, and making crafts since I was little. I have taken many different art classes throughout high school and college, learning at least the basics in many different mediums. I worked at a Summer Fun for 4 years as a leader and taught children ages 4-11 various arts and crafts. I also worked for 2 years as a ceramics teacher to children ages 5-10.
I like to teach the basics and then let the student develop his or her own style.
