A Little Bit About Me...

Teaching, in my opinion, is a matter of patience. Each child can learn a skill, though the amount of time it takes to learn that skill may vary from child to child. Some children simply need a few more extra hours per week to pick up the essential skills they will need to be successful in life. Education is so very, very important. My belief is that each child can succeed in life if they are taught that school and learning are both fun and important. I hope to instill that belief in every child.
I have enjoyed working with children for a long time. In high school, I volunteered at a Summer Reading Academy for elementary school students.
