Over twenty years experience using and training individuals in Microsoft Office products. As a consultant I have trained clients in very specific functions of Excel, Access and Word, as it applied to certain projects or goals they needed to achieve. As a supervisor, co-worker, team leader and mentor I have trained and helped employees to learn basic functions and advanced functions of Excell Access and Word.
I believe hands on teaching with exercises and projects that directly relate to the student's interests, trade or employment position is key to ensuring the student can remember and apply the lessons at a later time.
