Although English came very easy to me so did Computers and programming so I chose to receive my Bachelor in Business Administration and a Master in Management Information Systems. My Master's Degree has given me the opportunity to teach at the college level, assist Fortune 500 Companies with the selection of Enterprise Solutions and training those employees on these solutions.

After receiving a BS in Education from Illinois State University in 1997, I began teaching all subjects in grades K - 8 in the greater Chicago area over the course of 6 years (Fall 1998 - Spring 2005). After relocating to Delaware in 2005 I began full time substitute teaching in public schools, juvenile detention / rehabilitation facilities and part time tutoring (after school). For the past two years I have been working with families in early childhood education and intervention throughout the community in all settings.
I have learned throughout my wide range of teaching experience that the most effective way for children and adults to learn is for the teacher to use the learning style of the student in planning instruction, and if the curriculum is set the teacher should have the ability to adapt the lesson appropriately.
