Drama is one of my top subjects! I graduated with a B.A. in Theatre. I studied and have experience in all aspects of theatre from technical to performance. I have experience in straight, Shakespeare (my preference) and musical theatre. Everyone has the ability to learn but not everyone has the same ability. Most people are visual or tactile learners whereas most teachers, in my experience, use verbal/aural instruction methods. I believe in tailoring my teaching to the needs of the student and not to what I am most relaxed with. I have personally taught several tactile students who had to have something in their hands or they could not grasp the concepts.
