In my career in automotive plastics, I coached or taught manufacturing principles to improve quality and efficiency. My demonstrated success is due in part to my efforts to educate and coach operators, engineers and managers to understand the basic principles of chemistry, math and engineering to buy into a logical course of action. I have always loved to learn new things, and as a teenager wanted to be a teacher. I have a B.S. in Dietetics with a chemistry minor, as well as an M.B.A. My role as a dietitian requires the ability to teach all ages groups, with diverse backgrounds and educational levels.
