While I was an undergrad student at Srinakarinwirote, I continue tutoring high school students until I earned my master's degree. After college, I taught secondary mathematics for 10 years, then became a doctoral student at Oregon State University. I began tutoring high school and middle school students when I was a college student and high school soccer coach. Upon completion of my degrees and being awarded my teaching certification I began teaching in a high school math classroom. During my eight years in the classroom I taught all levels of math from Pre-Algebra through AP Calculus. The past two years I have not been in the classroom but have continued with tutoring, mostly high school and middle school students, but occasionally elementary and college students as well.

I have always loved to teach and have been told by my children that I should have been a teacher. When it comes to math I have found that most people who have trouble with math have simply missed some fundamental along the way. It is extremely rewarding to figure out what that is and fill in that hole. I teach by breaking problems down and asking easier questions that lead to the answer.
