My comments on tutoring Chinese : Native fluency, trained teacher to give fluency. True fluency happens when you speak and use the language in fun, interesting conversations.

With a BA in English from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in China and a Master's degree in MIS (Management Information Systems) from University of Texas in Dallas, Texas, I was a college English instructor in Nanjing, China for 3.5 years and an IT Analyst with AT&T for 12 years.
