As a long-term adjunct instructor, I have successfully cultivated an effective set of best teaching practices relative to the English language and Communications. Through my volunteer work with church organizations I have over five years of experience mentoring others, which has given me an excellent understanding of the need for quality educators. I worked as a teacher in Kansas before moving to Oklahoma, where I currently work at a local Boys and Girls Club. There tutoring is a part of the daily activities and youth in various grade levels ask for help with numerous subject matter.
