I am a certified Elementary teachers with a 6-8 Mathematics certification. I taught 4 years of middle school math and them moved in to teaching pre-engineering. I am extremely patient when working with children. I am used to working with children who find simple things difficult and offer empathy toward their struggles while motivating them to succeed. I am an "out of the box" thinker and am good at thinking of different ways to teach things on the spot (in response to the child's needs). I loving working with children and I have an enjoyable time doing so. My children always have fun while they are learning by singing songs, dancing or role playing. I believe children like to learn in a hand on environment. I make sure that I allow them to feel comfortable to take risks.
