Whatever works best for the student. I understand that everyone learns best in their own way so I am very flexible to what works best for each students' needs.
To be honest I do not have any professional experience tutoring. However, throughout my entire educational career I have always been able to grasp material before my classmates and hence help them grasp the material themselves.
