I understand the student to determine the best learning style for you and I make the transformation teaching you the material in an effective manner.
I first find out your true objective for learning the material. Is it a requirement and not in your field of study so you just want to pass the class or is this a part of your passion or career and really want to know the nuts and bolts of the subject. Basic Learning Skills is one of my top subjects! As a school psychologist I understand learning modalities and how to adapt my teaching style to a student's learning style to obtain the best results.

I have taught in Michigan and in California. I also have credentials as a school counselor and psychologist.
