As a substitute teacher for the past three years, I have experiencing teaching nearly every academic subject. I am a published playwright and have sold over fifteen short scripts for religious one-acts to the Nashville-based Belden Street Music Company. My writing and composition skills are particularly strong, my understanding of grammar is excellent and I have worked extensively in high school English/writing classes. I was inspired to pursue mathematics-related work by my eighth grade algebra teacher. An honors math student in high school and college, I decided to pursue a career where I could utilize my analytical and quantitative skills: finance. I have taught finance and math and the middle school and college levels. I have also taught music (piano and singing) to people of all ages.
