My comments on tutoring Entrance Exams : I started teaching six years ago and gradually started getting a lot more students than I had anticipated mainly because of my methods and explaining the most difficult areas in simplest ways. I use everyday examples to explain difficult topics and have taught students from a wide range of background for many examination boards including AQA, EDEXCEL,OCR, MEI, IB, JEB, CIE, WJEC,etc. As well as this I have also tutored students who are home schooled. I do past papers with students from the last 10-15 years and I make sure that my students knows all the exam solving techniques thoroughly and have complete knowledge to master the subject. I have taught more than 350 students all across UK majority (85-90%) achieving A grades

I spent nine semester at FMCC in the TRiO Student Support Services program. I began as a part time tutor and after one semester the program director saw it prudent to keep me on. During my time with the program I helped to establish several tutoring programs, one at FM and another at Amsterdam High School for the Upward Bound Grant funded program. In my spare time I do private in home tutoring for students seeking to improve their grades and become adept at taking standardized tests. Currently I am providing mathematics tutoring for the EOP program at Cobleskill Community College. While I was an undergraduate, volunteering was very important to me. One of the places I volunteered was an after school program for children who live in Hamilton Hill. While I volunteered there I helped many of them with there homework as well as extra reading and writing to help improve those skills.
