As a recent graduate, I was driven to achieve a high level of excellence. I have earned a Bachelor's degree in Management, which has provided me with insight to numerous areas of interest such as math, science, and english. Create/Implement lesson plans/student lEP's per state mandates SYETP(Summer Youth Employment Training Program)taught job readiness skills I worked as a Teaching Assistant with Intense Management needs program. Due to the student enrollment we actually had 1 certified teacher with 2 Teaching Assistants and one Teacher Aide. For the last 8 yrs while employed within the education field, I worked in this position.I was considered the teacher for 6-12 of the special needs students with both behavior and learning Disabilities. Writing lesson plans, grading and evaluating my students academics and ensuring they met NYS Education requirements for graduation with 5 of them getting a high school diploma the first year I taught as the teacher.
