A Little Bit About Me...

I am a certified Social Studies teacher in Pennsylvania working on completing my Master's in the Art of Education. I have 26 hours completed for Master and only need 6 more credits for completion. I have been student teaching, tutoring and observing over the passed to years. I have worked with students from Pre-K to collegiate level. I have worked mainly in English with ELL students and Social Studies, although I also have a passion for Math and Sciences. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, focusing mainly on reason and logic. I am looking for a position where I can use my aquired skills as well as continue my education.

I love to teach students of all ages. I love the looks on their faces when I help them get something that they never thought they would learn. I am very patient and love to show them a few short cuts on different things that way it makes it easier for them to learn and comprehend. The teachers and tutors of this country are the ones responsible of forming our children and make them ready for the real world and what they can do in it.
As a graduate in Accounting, I was given the tools to be able to teach and comprehend a lot of math skills. I was able to take both Business and Math Courses in college including: Business Management, Calculus, Business Accounting, and Algebra. During the last 4 years I have privately tutored students in math and 98% of them went from being F students to B-A students in both math and business courses.
