Relaxed. I do not discipline students. If students want to learn they will put in the effort - I will not be their babysitter. I try to make class interesting, involved, and active, and to create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

A lack of resources overseas drove me to be creative and exercise methods of experiential learning: hands-on and engaged learning.
