My comments on tutoring Literature : Have a good knowledge of American & World Literature as well as. I have completed 7 courses in this subject matter

I believe that a student should have the time to figure things out on their own, but with guidance from their tutor or teacher. I think I should provide a student with all the tools they need, and then through example I will teach a student to figure things out for themselves. There is no other way that I know of to quickly build the confidence of a student and the belief in one's self, than to teach a student how to figure out problems on their own. It is a very uplifting and life changing experience for a student to finally have confidence in self. My role is to encourage, guide, and correct when they may be going in the wrong direction while learning.

I then received my Masters in Special Education and began working with special needs students in the high school setting. While teaching Special Education students,I received my Specialists Degree in Special Education. I currently teach Social Studies to learning disabled, emotional behavior students, and Mildly Intellectually disabled students.
