I am currently retired from the Hillsborough County School System after having taught for thirty-five years in the areas of elementary music,kindergarten and gifted. I have a B.S. in music education and a M.A. in elementary and early childhood education and certification in gifted education. Currently and for the past ten years, I have tutored middle school students in Hebrew. I earned my BA in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Religion from New College of Florida, the Honors College of the State of Florida. In addition to extensive English composition and grammar skills, I have two years of teaching experience working with elementary, middle and high school aged students in the US and abroad. I recently returned from a year in Odessa, Ukraine where I taught English to students ages thirteen and up at Lingva Language Center. As a graduate student I completed my internship in Elementary Education in a 2nd grade classroom. I worked with a tutoring company while I was attending school. I tutored students in math, English, reading, and a middle school student in all subjects. I love working with all children, and believe all children can learn.
