My comments on tutoring GRE : Strong test-taker with the ability to teach others to test well. Scored in the 99th percentile on the GRE subject test in literature as well as on the verbal section of the GRE.

I have a flexible teaching style that aims to address the individual learning styles of my students. A Little Bit About Me...

During my one year contract in South Korea I taught children of all ages, from 6 to 15. Working with children was very enjoyable and rewarding. My style of teaching is very upbeat and interactive. I also like to use different methods of teaching focusing on participation. I believe that children learn more if the class is lively and engaging. My goal is to make the class fun as well as educational. In Costa Rica I taught English to business professionals at several different companies. As a PhD candidate, one of the requirements was to assist in teaching the physiology labs, and as an advanced candidate, was given the opportunity to give lectures in physiology to medical and nursing students.
