Many factors have combined in today’s society to make it difficult for some people to thrive in our traditional school systems. Increasing class sizes, parents’ or students' busy work schedules and technological distractions have created an environment in which students can easily fall behind. I am a qualified, dedicated personal tutor which can assist in achieving good academic standing, lessening frustration with the learning process, and developing the study skills which will be useful throughout life. I gain great satisfaction in providing that assistance, while making learning enjoyable and rewarding for everyone involved. When tutoring my goal is to have students arrive at the answer themselves with my guidance and support to make them feel confident and capable with the material when they are by themselves with the work.
