As an education student, I saw many opportunities in that field. I also saw the diversity of learners, and the need for a diversity in the way education is approached. I began to challenge myself by removing limitations like language, and searching for alternative techniques to teaching students of different cultural, socioeconomic, religious and behavioral backgrounds. I enjoyed teaching students who wants to learn and better themselves. My approach to teaching is that students need to try to do things themselves and ask questions in there problem areas. I do not like to spoon feed all the information to them. I also want them to feel that they recieved there money's worth of education.
