Teaching is a learning process, and I love teaching youn children particularly science because it is the build block of our nation. I feel bad when a child says to her parents I can not do maths or science. This why I want to go back to the teaching field to foster the needy child in maths and science. I retired from a technical/executive career in the chemical industry. My last position was as VP of Operations and Innovation. I have a degree in Chemical Engineering, some graduate studies in applied math and in a Tennessee Teacher Education Program. I taught high school Chemistry and Anatomy/Physiology. I also tutored math, physics and biology. I have tutored ACT prep courses. I have completed several teaching workshops and own multiple probe ware measuring tools that I employ as needed. I have tutored teachers to prepare them for Praxis exams. I have passed the Chemistry and PLT Praxis exams. I have worked with at risk middle and high school students for many years.
