My comments on tutoring Vocals : Extra 10 dollar to get learning material

I enjoy working with children of all ages. I have a very hands on approach of helping kids learn. I will also do what ever ir takes to help you child learn what they need too. I have been playing the violin for 9 years. And have been singing in a class for y6. Right now I work in a preschool helping to teach them what they need to know for kindergarten. Before this job I was substitute teaching in elementary schools.

I love teaching kids. All kids can are different in the way they learn. you need to be able to recognize those kids who are auditory learners, and hands on learners and be able to make a good balance of both so both kids may benefit. I like to set goals for each tutor session weather it be something like learning the alphabet or knowing you first ten multiplication facts. I usually start by teaching the general mechanics of the instrument, demonstrating the different features of the guitar and how they work. I believe that it is paramount that students learn how to tune their instrument before they can play it. I show them the techniques of working the fretboard and how to produce a proper tone.
