Individualized learning/teaching for optimal comprehension

I take a hands on material approach to learning/teaching. I feel that young students learn best when they can physically learn, such as through blocks/puzzles/interactive learning devices and other similar approaches. I try to let the student use their hands as much as I can to aid in their learning process. I like to address all the questions the child may have during a lesson, I try to explain things in several different ways so that child will grasp the concept in a way that makes sense to him/her.
