After receiving a PhD in chemistry from Purdue University I worked over 20 years in discovery research areas. I then turned to my calling of education and became a certified science teachers for grades 8-12. I taught middle school science for five years. I recently graduated from Bar Ilan University in Israel with a B.Sc. in Chemistry. The program has a strong emphasis on organic chemistry and synthesis. Throughout my schooling, I frequently tutored junior student who were struggling or needed help preparing for tests. I studied Hebrew for eight years in grade school. I continued taking advanced Hebrew Language courses in university in Israel while simultaneously attending chemistry-related lectures given exclusively in Hebrew.
