At a Wall Street bank, I trained new hires in the proper transmission of Telex and SWIFT messages. I later moved to SR&D as a Programmer Analyst. I worked in the creation and maintenance of programs needed by the bank. For 12 years, I recruited and trained independent salespeople, while conducting my own demonstrations. My income averaged upwards of $50k annually. From 1998 to 2008, I worked in an overnight freight setting as a supervisor where I was responsible for orientation and training of new hires. I teach bringing the real life to the classroom so it is applicable to other parts of their life, not just being able to comprehend the questions of a reading passage but successfully being able to apply what they have learned to life outside the classroom.
