Once in a classroom I realized that I was meant to teach. I love working with students who are challenging and those who challenge me. I believe that I can become a better teacher only by continually challenging myself and my students. The key phrase “engaging students” seems less than what is required in the classroom. I want my students to be engaged but I want them to encompass and enjoy what they are doing as well. In pursuing my accounting degree I found that I have an extraordinary passion for accounting. I worked hard to achieve my BS in Accounting during my four years at Daemen College.
