As a recent graduate, I have the unique skill of relating to students on their own level. I love listening to their needs and assessing the situation with great care and concern. Not every method works for every child; with one exception, patience. I demonstrate and exemplify patience. If a child feels as though they are in an atmosphere where they are safe, free of ridicule and bias, then they are willing to perform. This process can be a give take scenario however.
