My comments on tutoring PSAT : Our students have prepped with us and done well. This year, one student did well on their PSAT and SAT (composite score 2250). As a result, he has become a National Merit Scholar and will receive numerous college scholarships.
ABOUT THE FOUNDERS:
In the early 2000s, Dr. Park's Academy was founded by Dr. Park, who received his Ph.D in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M, and his wife. Dr. Park and his wife have always been passionate about education. Dr. Park has been a long-time teacher, originally beginning his career as a Professor. In the 90s, he began working for NASA and specialized in space vacuums. Dr. Park has had long-term familial ties to Alaska, and in 1998, Dr. Park became an Alaskan resident and is the lead mechanical engineer for a local non-profit company with an operating budget of $430 million and 2,000 employees.
