I focus a great deal on reading and reading comprehension for my English Language Learners. Reading as well as comprehension are essential to succeeding in school and in life. I have been teaching for over 4 years now. I received my certification from DePaul University in Secondary Education Social Sciences. I am also endorsed to teach Arabic; a language I've studied for over 10 years. Since graduating from DePaul University in 2010, I have worked at a Chicago Public School located in the Northside.
