I have been working at the same local elementary school since November 2006 working with EBD and VE student, tutoring students one on one and in small groups of up to four and five. I have an A.A. degree in General Education and Music and plenty of experience tutoring elementary school age.
I love using manipulatives with all subjects. It makes learning fun even for those that are frustrated with the subject. Since everyone learns in a different way I need to teach the material in different ways to find out which way is best for that student.
