I taught privately for most of my years of experience. My teaching experience was primarily English one on one and Piano. My tutoring experience has been with learning centers and some private tutoring. This was over a period of more than 10 years. I started with Huntington Learning Center and continued with several other on line tutoring services. I am patient with children and think they can learn more in a tutoring atmosphere. My start in music began with trips from a young age to my mom's rehearsals. As a young child my first instrument of interest was the drums and noticing that I wasn't that good (sister playing better) I quickly moved on to other instruments. During my tenth grade year I joined my high school's marching band playing the trombone. I decided to continue the trombone as my primary instrument while in college at Grambling State University. There I was also able to study other instruments such as bass guitar, piano and organ. Going to college in Louisiana, which has such a musically rich environment, allowed me the opportunity to play venues such as casinos, clubs, appear in commercials and even a halftime show for super bowl 32 as well as other NFL games.
