Chemistry is one of my top subjects! I have had the good fortune of tutoring several high school and college students in chemistry over the years and would welcome the opportunity to serve in that capacity again.

Over the past several years, I have tutored several high school and college students in chemistry and would welcome the opportunity to serve in that capacity again. One college student that I tutored failed his first two exams before I began tutoring him. After I began working with him, through his hard work, he did well on the third exam, passed the course, and continued on in the program that he was in. He recently graduated with a degree in pharmacy. Another student that I tutored got a 2 out of 10 on his first quiz before I started working with him and through his persistence, he improved significantly and got a B+ in the course. I would look forward to the opportunity to help other students in similar situations.

I have worked with children and youth of all age levels and nearly every ability. Being in college for four years exposed me to social environments that I normally wouldn't have been able to encounter on a day to day basis. Whether I was learning on my own, working with or helping fellow classmates, or even just observing how the professors worked with us, I was always learing new concepts or methods of how to interact with a wide variety of characteristics in a diverse group of people. And due to the difficulty of my major, I feel that by being able to communicate well with others in this area I could handle various other scenarios as well.
