A Little Bit About Me...
No two students are the same which is why it is so important to have a flexible teaching style. My first lesson is usually spent analyzing a students attention level, skill level, and learning style. Some students learn through repetition, others like lots of different examples, and there are always a few who want to know why and how something works, eg. theory, proofs, and real world applications. I like to try a lot of different things and see what works with an individual. I have also taught middle and high school students, so I have also learned how to teach in an entertaining way.
Upon entering college in 1998, I had already taken Calculus while most other students were typically taking Algebra.
