Every student I have consistently tutored over the years, there has been improvement in scores. As long as I have the material that is needed for tutoring prior to the tutor session, the session should be very effective in improving grades and most importantly understanding.

My comments on tutoring Calculus I : More than 2 decades of teaching experience.

I use a variety of teaching styles to involve students in the learning process: in traditional and computer-mediated classroom settings, and over the internet. The traditional teaching style (face-to-face interaction) was blended with technology (such as online discussions and assignments) for a boosted learning environment. I have a bachelors degree in mathematics which I just recently completed in May of 2015 from Binghamton University. I tutored at the university for 2 years in trigonometry and calculus 1.
