When it comes to starting a new subject, I start with questions to stimulate minds first. I start from the last step, example: How can we do elbow flexion? Then elbow joint constituents and their relation to each other Then the origin and insertion of the "Brachialis" as well as its nerve and blood supply.... I think this works for almost 70% of students. Some have a special aproach that can be discovered in their response to a general question like "What can you see through this window"?
