In highschool I was in Advanced Placement Honors Classes such as Calculus and Science. I have earned two degrees, BA in Managment and MBA in Business Administration, which has enabled me to gain an understanding in many areas of business such as finance, marketing, econonmics, and organizational behavior but I have always enjoyed basic math such as alegebra. I have tutoring experience in mathematics at the secondary and high school levels. One example of tutoring at the secondary level was when I tutored an eighth grade student in pre-algebra to improve his math skills to prepare him for high school algebra. The result of this particular tutoring was that the student began to understand and enjoy math, which was one of my goals. His grades subsequently rose from the "C" level to an "A" level.
