In my time as a student, I have experienced both extremely poor teaching styles and teaching styles that caused the learning process to be a literal joy to undertake. Upon consideration, I realized that, although some students like some teachers better than others, the truly magnificent teachers had several key features. These teachers were amicable and approachable, they made learning fun, and their classrooms were run with discipline and order.
