I have always loved school and learning and try to learn new things every day. After I graduated from high school I regretted the fact that I hadn't done better in math. I promised myself that someday I would go back to school and learn these skills; I accomplished this in 2005. During my time at the University of Missouri-Columbia, I earned two degrees: a BA in Philosophy and a BA in Theater. I also took many writing classes, focusing on different types of creative writing, from fiction to poetry to playwrighting. I have become very familiar with the differentiated instruction model of teaching students. Each child has an individual way of learning and it is up to the teacher to discover that way and lead or drive instruction with that in mind.
