Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have..

I am very patient. My mother was a teacher and liked helping children and I believed that her genes have rubbed off on me as well. I like to help others succeed. I believe that an individual does not have a disadvantage, but a advantage when they make up their mind to do something. They can become great.
In my experience, I have helped a couple of individuals in my past, considered mainly of collegues that attended Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical college and the Orangeburg County Library in Orangeburg, SC. While I am attending the library, some individuals who sit next to me ask for help on.. Microsoft office, or internet documents that they need help in printing.

I enjoy teaching children and get great pleasure from helping them to learn new concepts. A Little Bit About Me...

With my Bachelor's degree, I began tutoring through Reading Success and conducted private tutoring of Georgia History. I progressed to teaching English, Spanish, and some Special Education Resource classes at the High School level, and continued to teach lower level English classes at a local college along with reading in an Adult Continuing Education program through another college. My writing skills have been sharpened as I edited and wrote articles for newsletters, newspaper releases, and in an administrative capacity.
I enjoy teaching and do my best to make learning fun and easy for my pupils. I approach lessons by letting the student realize how and why the lesson is important and how it relates to their lives. While attending Claflin University in the pursuit of obtaining duel BA's in the field of journalism and sociology, my off times was spent in the middle schools of Orangeburg, SC for nearly six years. I recently graduated from the University of South Carolina-Aiken and hold a BA in Early Childhood Education. I am a certified K-3 teacher and I am currently pursuing my MAED online. I have obtained great experience working with children of all ages for 5 plus years, including teaching and tutoring.
