I have tutored extensively with students of all ages and of diverse backgrounds. I believe teaching should be based on each student's individual method of learning. Thus, I have always adapted to each student to find effective teaching methods. I also believe in short term assessments to make sure the student is not only memorizing concepts, but learning to apply them in test-taking situations.
