I am a real patient & easy going person; as a teacher or tutor, you should be able to understand that a person who needs to learn is precisely because student lacks technical input or maybe could not be so fond on an special subject; besides being an expert on your field, I also believe you shall creat an environment in which a student may feel comfortable and willing to learn. As a teaching procedure, I preffer to ask them to make search about the theme and after they show me what they have found, I explain the themes with my own particular designed materials.
