I have greatly enjoyed my past few years of tutoring. I love being able to give other students the tools and the self-confidence they need in order to succeed. By nature, I am very patient and especially with children. I know that every child has its own way of learning; based on that, I apply different strategy of teaching. Applying also real life situation in class can help students understand better and be more interested. Education has always been my field of interest. Not every method works for every child; with one exception, patience. I demonstrate and exemplify patience. If a child feels as though they are in an atmosphere where they are safe, free of ridicule and bias, then they are willing to perform. This process can be a give take scenario however. So, some flexibility is required as well, but eventually the student will become more comfortable with themselves and confident in what they are capable of. With all of my experience and education, I have had the opportunity to work with all facets of children; from those who require a great deal of help, to those who might just need a little more challenge then what their work was providing them.
