English ESOL is one of my top subjects! I have taught in this area for the last six years. I taught in Japan and in the US for that length of time.

I tend to go with the constructive mode of teaching. I expect the best from each individual learner, as from what their ability level can manage. I am very flexible in the way I teach, if something does not work, then I can change my approach and level of instruction to meet the needs of the student.
