A Little Bit About Me...
When teaching classes I like to provide a balance between oral, visual and hands-on teach techniques as studies show people learn in one or more of these three approaches. In my classes I try to provide exercises that touch on the core components of the lesson along with the theory and skills needed to succeed. Teaching is one of areas I got into in my career as I have always enjoyed mentoring younger developers in the Information Technology field. I find it very rewarding passing on the skills I have learned to others.
I have been in the Information Technology industry for over thirty years working for such companies as American Airlines, Sheraton Hotels, Williams, Harsco, Dollar-Thrifty and Microsoft.
