My comments on tutoring German: I am a native German and a certified German teacher. I am teaching German right now and have been teaching the language for the past 8 years at all levels.
I taught German for 15 years in Public as well as Private schools in North Carolina. I am a native German speaker and received my teaching degree in Germany with a major in German. Besides teaching in my native country, I also taught German to French students ( 2 years) while living in the suburbs of Paris for 10 years.
After my move to the US I first taught French for several years in a charter school before the school added German as a Foreign Language besides French and Spanish. My experience of teaching German covers all grade levels including elementary , middle school as well as High School, grades 9-12. including AP German.
I received the 2013 National German teacher award for NC !!
