A Little Bit About Me...

Very student based instruction, focused on helping the student come to the answer him/herself.
I have two Bachelor's degrees and a law degree. I am qualified to teach all areas of social sciences, and comfortable with most subjects through the high school level. I have had experience with tutoring through employment as a nanny. As a student at Georgetown College, majoring in El. Ed., I student taught in the 1st grade. My supervising teacher said I excelled in reading, and should pursue that area. I have taught 1st-4th grades, and tutored in elementary. I also minored in piano. I have given private piano lessons and done one-on-one tutoring with children and adults. I have a B.A. degree,a minor in Sociology and piano. I have many years of volunteering with children and adults. I enjoy working with children and beginners in both areas.
