Senior Proposal Specialist
On a special project basis, supervised up to fourteen illustrators and ten word processing professionals. Responsibilities included technical production of each proposal, staff supervision and training and database management of archived work. Responsible for hardware, software, network configurations, and organization of categorizing all artwork for each and every proposals assigned.
• As lead illustrator of 5,000 page proposal with a workforce of fourteen illustrators, ten integration specialist and ninety days to ship the finished color proposal. Resulting in a two billion dollar contract with the Royal Australian Air Force that was extended for one hundred million increase.
• Coordinated with staff, photo lab, in house print shop, and the Graphics Group of Dallas where all of Raytheon’s color separations. • Analyze and investigate new equipment and software provided by outside manufactures and distributors to improve in house production and quality management of Proposal Services
